Dt999 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

By accessing the dt999 platform, registering, or using any of our services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not comply with these terms, dt999 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between dt999 and its members. dt999 may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and apply to members in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, dt999's decision shall be considered final.

To open an account on dt999, you must meet the following requirements:

• Members must be at least 18 years of age. We may request a national ID or other documentation for age verification at any time.
• Each individual may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You may not allow anyone else to open an account in your name, nor may you use another person's account.
• Keeping your account password strictly confidential is solely your responsibility as a member.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required after registration. You will need to submit a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals above a certain threshold will be held until verification is complete.

Dt999 may request additional information or documentation at any time in cases of suspicious activity. Failure to provide the requested information may result in a temporary account suspension.

Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are all supported for deposits at dt999. Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (Two Hundred BDT).

• No processing fee is charged on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own separate charges.

Dt999 reserves the right to decline any deposit that appears suspicious or conflicts with our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT).
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 for regular members, with separate limits set for VIP members.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals for KYC-verified members are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed by up to 72 hours if verification or security checks are required.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance. Winnings associated with a bonus only become withdrawable after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

Withdrawal requests can be cancelled within 24 hours of submission. Once processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Please make sure you fully understand the terms below before using any bonus or promotion offer from dt999:

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus of up to 100% is available on your first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is typically 20 to 30 times.
• Every bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses apply only to the member whose account received the deposit.
• Dt999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior reason.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

The following rules must be observed while playing on dt999:

• If any game produces an abnormal result due to a software bug or technical issue, dt999 reserves the right to void that game and refund all wagers.
• If your connection is lost mid-game due to an internet disruption, the game result will be saved on the server and will be available once you reconnect.
• In Sports Betting, bets may be cancelled up until the match begins. Separate terms apply for live betting during a match.
• Lottery tickets cannot be refunded after purchase.
• In the event of any dispute regarding winnings, dt999's server logs will serve as the final and conclusive evidence.

All games on dt999 are regularly audited by independent third-party auditors. RNG (Random Number Generator) certification ensures that the outcome of every game is completely fair and random.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dt999 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts created by the same individual or family members to claim bonus benefits.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain bonus advantages, or placing low-risk bets solely to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Fraud: Registering with false information, using stolen payment details, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated tools to play games.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to deliberately harm or disadvantage others during gameplay.
• Threats & Abuse: Engaging in abusive behavior toward support staff or other members.

Dt999 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• For violations of the terms and conditions.
• If the information requested for KYC verification is not provided within the specified timeframe.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Due to legal or regulatory authority directives.
• Where self-exclusion has been requested by the member.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance in the account will be refunded, but any bonus balance will be forfeited. To close your account, please contact our support team.
